Just as mentioned above, you can return products you’ve ordered online on Stockx from the “Your Orders” page on the website or mobile app. To return an item you sent to another person, you’ve received from Stockx, you’ll need to go to the Online Returns Center and enter the order number from your gift receipt.
Remember that if you return/cancel too many products too often, Stockx may ban you from shopping with them. It’s rare, but it happens, and the usual cause of Stockx ban is serial purchase returns.
How to Return Order on Stockx
If your purchased item is qualified for a return, you’ll begin the return process by logging into your account on the Stockx website or opening the Shopping mobile app, you can navigate directly to the Returns Center, or start from the homepage.
1. On the Stockx website homepage, click “Returns & Orders” in the top-right corner. On the Stockx Shopping mobile app, click the three horizontal lines.
2. You’ll be taken to a page that displays all your past orders. On a computer, click the “Return or replace products” button to the right of the order. On the mobile app, tap the arrow button, then tap “Return or replace products.”
3. On the next screen, check the box next to the item(s) you want to return. Choose a response in the drop-down under “Why are you returning this?” Depending on which return reason you choose, you may be required to enter additional information in a text box that appears.
Remember: If you choose an option that puts the error for your return on Stockx, like “Wrong item was sent,” your return will be free of charge. If the error was yours, you’ll pay for return shipping.
4. Tap the “Continue” button. On the next screen, you may be given the option to exchange your item for another, or the option to have the cash refunded directly to you.
5. Make your choice, then click the “Continue” button. You may be prompted to print a return label. You’ll also need to choose whether you want to drop your re-packaged return at a pickup location.
Once the item is in the condition you bought it, Stockx accepts your return and refunds you the purchase price of the item.
However, Stockx lets you process and return items you purchase from them and get a refund, but you need to follow the procedures, make sure the item (s) is in the condition you received it else your returns will be rejected without refund.
Stockx Order Cancellation
Stockx cancellation policy allows its customers to cancel orders as long as it hasn’t entered the shipping/delivery process. If successfully canceled, Stockx issues a full refund for the original purchase price within 3-30 days, depending on your payment method. The order cancellation is free, so, there are no charges to cancel your orders.
To be able to cancel an order on Stockx ensures you know the policy and that your account is active because you will have to log in to your Stockx account to cancel the order. There is also a limited time frame within which you can cancel your order. For instance, you cannot cancel an order once it is marked “Ready to ship”. - Log in to your Stockx account.

- Tap Your Orders in the app menu.
- Click on the open or completed order that you need the details for.

How to Get a Refund From Stockx
Stockx refund is the money you receive after your cancellation order has been successfully processed. However, before you make a request for your refund ensure the product is unused and in original condition. Also, you have to include the invoice, price tags, and original packaging when returning the product.
When You Can Make Stockx Refund Request
Stockx order cancellation is not what you would request without having a good reason. Here are when you can cancel your order:
- When the product gets damaged during transit
- Wrong product is delivered to you
- Replacement products cannot be provided on request
- Cancellation occurs before the product is marked Ready to ship
- Product quantity delivered differs from the quantity you ordered.

How to Track Stockx Order on PC
To track Stockx items, you need to find the tracking number assigned to your parcel on the order page:
1. Visit the Stockx website and log in to your account and locate the item in your order history.
2. Find the order you’d like to track and click “Order Details”.
3. Click Item Details to view the item’s estimated delivery date range and tracking history.
4. You can also enter the tracking and your postal number on the tracking page to check the delivery time.
You can also call the phone number of the postal agency to find out when your items will arrive at your destination. Meanwhile, there are many online platforms that provide tracking services, you might use any of them to track your Stockx orders.

1. Open the app on your phone and tap on the individual item in your order history.

How to Find Stockx Tracking Number

How to Change Delivery Address on Stockx Order
To change your order address on Desktop:
1. Open the Stockx website in a browser on your Mac or PC and make sure you’re logged in to your account.
2. Click “Accounts” in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. In the Ordering and shopping preferences section, click “Your address”.

Note: If your order is being delivered by Stockx’s own Logistics then you can change your delivery address any time between when you place the order so long the order has not been confirmed. How Long Does Stockx Take to Ship an Order?
As with all delivery methods, Stockx delivery time may vary depending on a range of factors including unforeseen delays, local holidays, processing complications, adverse weather conditions, and so on. However, Stockx postal/shipping services seem to be faster and the orders will arrive faster in places where the postal service is good and where people already order a lot from the same location.

It’s also easy to lose track of all the stuff you’ve ordered on Stockx over time. Stockx lets you view your order/purchase status. The History page on the other hand contains all your past and completed transactions. It helps you to know the amount for each purchase as well as enables you to do a calculation of your spending.

To check Stockx order status, login to your Stockx account and select Activity History. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be assigned and it will appear in your order information. You can then track your Stockx order with your tracking number.
How to Check Stockx Order History
You can check your order on both the desktop and mobile versions of the site.
On Desktop
To check your order on the desktop website:
1. Go to the Stockx website and log in, if needed.
2. Hover over the Account and Lists tab and click “Order History Reports”
3. Select the report type from the drop-down menu. Fill in the start date, end date, and report name
4. You can also click the drop-down next to orders you placed, and select “My Order” and you’ll see orders completed.
On the mobile app:
You can’t hide order history on the mobile app, but you can check your transaction activities. Here’s how:
1. Open the Stockx app and log in, if needed.
2. Tap the three-line icon to open the menu.
3. Select “My Orders” or Orders.
4. Tap the Filter option and select purchased Items or “Filled Orders”.
How to Hide Stockx Browser History
You can’t delete purchases you’ve made, and also can’t hide them from your archive. But there’s a workaround, you can take a step further to hide your Stockx browsing history. Here’s how:
1. Go to the Stockx website and log in to your account, if necessary.
2. Click “Edit” your browsing history.
3. Find the item you want to remove and click the “Remove” from the view button.
If you click the button next to Manage history, which is in the upper-right corner of the Browsing History page, you’ll see the option to turn the browsing history feature on or off.
How to Check Stockx Recent Purchase History
1. Go to the Your Account page on Stockx.
2. Log in to the account on which the orders were placed.
3. Click the “My Orders” button to access your order history. This will show a list of your recent orders made from your account.

How to Know How Much You Have Spent on Stockx
Until now, there hasn’t been a way to check how much you’ve spent on Stockx, but there is a workaround on how to find how much has been spent. Below is how you can find out how much money you’ve spent on Stockx:
1. Navigate to your purchase history
2. Click on order history to see your completed transactions
3. You’ll see details of your purchases including their prices. From here you can calculate the amount you have spent.
Stockx doesn’t show you the total amount you have spent on all your past purchases, you have to do the calculation by checking your purchase histories and adding them together, if there’s a pending order you may also add it if you have made the payment.
Note that you can not track your order using order number, you need to find your order’s tracking number on the order page of Stockx or the email sent to you after payment. The email also contains your delivery address. Whichever you have a problem with, follow the steps we explained above.
