If you receive an abusive message, and it is deleted within 10 minutes, there is still a way out. Litmatch’s community guidelines do not entertain any hate speech; there are policies for both bullying and harassment.

To ensure these policies are obeyed by and to protect users & Litmatch keeps a copy of all messages for a short duration. This means that even after they are deleted, you can get them back.

To report the removal of a message:

1. Go to the Litmatch conversation you would like to delete from both sides after 10 minutes. 

2. Click on the action gear icon and choose the option Report option from the pop-up menu that appears.

3. Select the option of why you want to report the conversation.

How to Delete Chat History on Litmatch

If you don’t want anyone on your own phone to see the message you sent, you can delete the chat history from your Litmatch. This means that anyone viewing your account from your own phone won’t be able to see the message or any conversation in your inbox.

1. To delete Litmatch chat history from your inbox, open the conversation your want to clear.

2. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen. 

2. Select Clear chat to delete the whole Conversation.

3. Click on Clear chat again to confirm your decision.
