If you’re worried that your Tagged password has been compromised, if you want to create a stronger password, or if you’ve simply forgotten it, it’s easy to change your password from the Tagged website or mobile app.
To change your Tagged password, you’ll need to supply your existing password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it via email or text message. Here’s how to do it.
How to Change Your Tagged Password in a Web Browser
1. Go to the Tagged website in your web browser.
2. Log in to your Tagged account.
3. Click on the profile icon and choose the Settings option.
4. Go to the account tab and select Password below the Security tab.
5. Click on Change password
6. Enter your old password.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Confirm your new password.
9. Click on the Save Changes button.
How to Change Tagged Password in the Mobile App
1. Open the Tagged app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android.
2. Tap the icon of three horizontal lines at the top-left of the screen.
3. In the menu, select Settings and Privacy.
4. Tap Account.
5. Tap on Change password.
6. Enter your old password.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Confirm your new password.
9. Tap on the Save Changes button.
How to Reset Your Tagged Password with Email
You can also change your Tagged password if you’ve forgotten your existing password. No matter where you try to change your password on the Tagged website or mobile app, you need to enter your current password first for security reasons.

1. Go to the Tagged website.
2. Enter your Tagged username (email address).
3. Click on the Forgot password link.
4. Enter your email address and click on Send Code.
5. Open the link sent to your email.
6. Create a new password in the Change Password section.
7. Confirm the new password and click Save.
Not Getting Tagged Password Reset Email
Why you are not getting a verification email from Tagged, if you never received an email from Tagged, there are a few places the email may have landed: Spam, junk, and bulk mail folders. Sometimes the emails are blocked or filtered as spam by certain email providers or internet service providers (ISPs), so look at your spam, junk, or bulk folders.
Why You cannot Reset Your Tagged Password
To reset your password, you’ll need access to the phone number or email associated with your Tagged account. This verification information helps ensure your account is only accessible to you. If you can’t access your phone or email, you won’t be able to recover your password and may need to sign up for a new account.
